How does the OnTrack
Program work?
OnTrack combines the results from a series of assessments and tests to provide you with real time information about your current health and wellbeing. When performed annually this data shows you how your health markers are trending over time. This informs and empowers you to make relevant decisions that are specific to your health and your future. We're taking away the guesswork so you can truly understand your health and get on track for your healthiest future.
Step 3:
Step 2:
STEP 1:
Body Composition and final report
physical health analysis
Intake and Blood Work Review
The final step is to collect information about your muscle mass and to assess for visceral fat mass (a risk factor for heart and metabolic disease). We then collate all of the data and provide you with all of your results. Together, we'll summarise these findings with you and help you identify any key focus areas that are most important to your health.
The next step is to arrange your strength testing, fitness analysis and mobility assessment sessions. In these sessions we'll measure the strength and mobility of your whole body with extra detailed assessment of your shoulders, spine, hips and knees. This report shows you what you need to prioritise in your exercise and training
Once you enroll for the OnTrack Annual Health Assessment you will be provided with a thorough health history form and a referral request for a series of blood tests. Once this information has been collected we will enter that, and any prior tests results, into your report and review the results with you.
